The Process
Enquiry
Once you’ve been in touch we will go through design options using photographs and samples as inspiration. With our expertise we aim to guide you to your best options for the custom made staircase at the cost you’re looking for.
Survey
Now we have a design idea, (and before we build your unique made to measure staircase), we will carry out a survey where final measurements will be taken and we can discuss and finalise any of the finer details and answer any questions you may have.
Installation
Last but not least, after building it, we will arrive on the installation date previously agreed ready to install your new custom made staircase. If you’re having an existing staircase removed we will carefully dismantle it and load it onto our van after your new staircase has been unloaded. The fitters will then proceed to install your staircase. All materials will be pre-finished prior to installation although there may be a small amount of sanding needed to be done on handrail joints for example, the fitters will touch up and give a final coat where needed as they finish the installation of your made to measure staircase. If you’re having glass balustrade measurements will be taken and a return visit will be needed to install the glass
